Rules & Regulations

Conduct & Discipline

• ✔️ Students must maintain discipline, respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• ✔️ Misbehavior, use of foul language, gross insubordination, or disrespect towards school authorities will invite strict disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion if necessary.
• ✔️ Courtesy, good behavior, and moral conduct are expected from every pupil.
• ✔️ Parents and students agree to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the management at the time of admission.

Punctuality & Attendance

• ✔️ Students must be punctual in attending school. Late coming should be strictly avoided.
• ✔️ Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next higher class.
• ✔️ Absence without prior leave application will be viewed seriously.
• ✔️ Students absent on the previous day must submit a leave letter signed by the parent or guardian.

Regular attendance and consistent academic effort are essential for academic success.

Uniform & Personal Appearance

• ✔️ It is compulsory for all students to attend school in complete and proper uniform.
• ✔️ Students must be clean, neat, and well-groomed at all times.
• ✔️ Footwear must be polished and in proper condition.
• ✔️ Wearing gold ornaments, expensive jewellery, or costly accessories is strictly prohibited.
• ✔️ The school management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Care of School Property

• ✔️ Every student is responsible for maintaining school property.
• ✔️ Any damage caused to school infrastructure, furniture, laboratory equipment, or other facilities must be reported immediately to the Principal.
• ✔️ Parents may be held responsible for intentional damage caused by their ward.

Academic Responsibility

• ✔️ Students must complete homework regularly and submit assignments on time.
• ✔️ Irregular attendance, neglect of studies, and repeated academic negligence may result in disciplinary action.
• ✔️ Students must not remain absent during tests or examinations. No special re-tests will be conducted for absentees.
• ✔️ Promotion to the next class is based on overall performance throughout the academic year.
• ✔️ Results once declared are final and will not be reconsidered.

Examination Rules

• ✔️ Three terminal examinations are conducted annually (September, December, and April), along with monthly tests.
• ✔️ Regular preparation and attendance during examinations are mandatory.
• ✔️ The school will not conduct special examinations for students absent during tests or public examinations.

Campus Discipline

• ✔️ Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
• ✔️ Changing classrooms between periods must be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
• ✔️ The school bell is to be obeyed promptly at all times.

Fee Regulations

• ✔️ Fees must be paid within the prescribed dates.
• ✔️ Delay in payment may attract late fees as per school policy.
• ✔️ If fees are not paid for an extended period, the student’s name may be removed from the rolls.
• ✔️ All fee payments must be made at the school office counter, and receipts must be preserved carefully.

Complaints & Communication

• ✔️ Any complaints, suggestions, or communications must be addressed to the Principal or Correspondent.
• ✔️ Parents are not permitted to deal directly with teachers regarding complaints without prior permission.
• ✔️ Constructive communication is encouraged to ensure the student’s academic and personal growth.

Transfer & Removal

• ✔️ Students detained twice consecutively in the same class may be removed from the rolls.
• ✔️ Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues and completing formal procedures.
